Decarnate, nigga, I take the risk of being called a noob by asking you this, but what exercises do you do to train your chest? It seems pretty filled in in the sternum zone, and I don't really get to make that part grow...

I got dat der striations too, lines crossing the chest horizontally everywhere <3

Howver, if it involves machines or things like that, I think I won't be able anyway, so don't bother :)

No no, machines are fun on deload weeks n whatnot but my chest was built almost purely on free weights. Its really just a combination of heavy benching and a variety of weight/reps on my flyes. I feel like hitting different angles on flyes is more important then hitting different angles/inclines on bench.

Then I think that I'd rather start to develop that mind-muscle connection, because I've always felt my flies to work my shoulders... That's why I don't do them anymore :/

However, I thought that you had to be squeezing inwards when you arms was already straight in front of you to develop that part...
