Just went in to play around a bit and ended up making up my own quick workout. Taught muscle ups for about 10 minutes to half the class, ended up doing about 20 demonstrating and did this little number
1 Tire Flip @ about 275lbs. Pretty light but fun to play with.
1 Burpee
2 Tire flips
2 burpees
...
...
...
10 Of each.
55 reps of each in total.
8:15.

When you 100 pull ups and 200 push ups, how many do you usually do consecutively?
Ive been doing body weight exercises and some of these workouts call for 30 muscle ups and stuff and im like yea.... in groups of three haha

Well if i'm doing high rep workouts, I break it up to do as much as possible as fast as possible while not owning my body as much as possible.

If im doing 100 pullups, i could do 30 unbroken, then be stuck doing maybe 5 unbroken for the next 70, or do sets of 10, 10 times and finish in probably half the time.

Last time i did 30 muscle ups, i did 14 off the start and was stuck doing sets of 2's and 1's. If i woulda just did sets of 5, woulda been golden.

A) 20minutes to work on snatch, up to 155lbs comfortably. Was nice

B ) 20minutes to work on clean and jerk. Went 135lbs, 155, 185, 205, 225x2. Missed my Jerk on both 225lbs. Clean was easy.

C) Bench press
3x70%
2x80%
1x85%
1x90%
1x95%
1x100%
1x103% etc etc.
Just went from 135lbs up to 225lbs. Easier that way. Up 20lbs each set

A) Spend 20minutes doing backsquats, did 3 with a wider stance and then 3 with a more narrow stance at 95, 135, 155, 185, 205, 225
Then 2x2 at 245 then 1x1 at 265lbs.

B ) 20minute AMRAP
10 Toe to bar
20 Alternating pistols
30ft Handstand walk.

Got 5 rounds, 10 t2b and 6 pistols. Actually extremely happy with this workout, it went super well for me.

B ) 5 rounds. ( This one hurt me mentally pretty good )

7 Overhead squats @ 135lbs.

Handstand Walk x 15-20 Meters
L-Sit x 30-45 seconds
Skin the Cats x 4-6 reps
(slow and controlled)
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
2 Power Cleans
Note loads used for each set. Goal is maximum load successfully lifted over the course of the 20 minutes – which means, you’ll have to understand how to be aggressive, without failing a rep and costing yourself that number in your total sum.
Only used 175lbs. I was hurting on this as well.
C.

10lbs under my current PR at 305lbs? Couldn't get out of the hole Wahhhhhh

B.Every 2 Minutes for 20 minutes, 1 Hang clean + 1 Clean
60, 65, 60, 75, 80, 80, 85, 85, 90, 95%.
Went up and failed my hang at 215.

Starting to move back to higher volume, last summer it was 2 a days every day. But this summer i'm gonna be partying and out more doing shit again, so gotta get more training in when i can
