Ive been doing body weight exercises and some of these workouts call for 30 muscle ups and stuff and im like yea.... in groups of three haha
Well if i'm doing high rep workouts, I break it up to do as much as possible as fast as possible while not owning my body as much as possible.
If im doing 100 pullups, i could do 30 unbroken, then be stuck doing maybe 5 unbroken for the next 70, or do sets of 10, 10 times and finish in probably half the time.
Last time i did 30 muscle ups, i did 14 off the start and was stuck doing sets of 2's and 1's. If i woulda just did sets of 5, woulda been golden.
