You shouldnt be losing that much strength while cutting. You can maintain / add strength during a cut assuming macros are correct.

Yeah. I think I'm just over thinkin it..
That 225x9 bench was beginning of march I cannot push that now , would take 2-3weeks to get back to if I were bulking.
I didn't workout after that for 21? Days in march
Last week I pushed 225x5 for last 2 sets on bench and I wasn't in a surplus of cals
I had 5hrs of sleep last night
Low energy
Murdered arms on Tuesday but wanted o start the cut today
A lot of factors play . I should actually be stronger next week.
