Yeah. I think I'm just over thinkin it..

That 225x9 bench was beginning of march I cannot push that now , would take 2-3weeks to get back to if I were bulking.
I didn't workout after that for 21? Days in march
Last week I pushed 225x5 for last 2 sets on bench and I wasn't in a surplus of cals
I had 5hrs of sleep last night
Low energy
Murdered arms on Tuesday but wanted o start the cut today
A lot of factors play . I should actually be stronger next week.
Not that big of a deal.

Real reason im cutting Is so I can give Aube a chance while he's not working out ,so I don't get stronger than him ;)

I'm cutting and my macros I don't think are correct, I just count calories tbh lol.
Lost 10lbs in 8 weeks but maintained my strength, inc maxing my DL and Clean&press. :)

used to be 215 but working construction 70+ hours a week got me to lose 15 pounds

well I was lifting ever since I started wrestling so when I was 15, but that was maybe 1 straight month lifting for 3 months intense wrestling.. after graduating from highschool I started lifting 6 days/week for 2 hours a training for the whole time I was in college hence how I got to 215.. now going ~4-5 times a week for around an hour and 15 minutes but constantly changing my training every week (heavy lifting/high rep/muscle isolation etc.) got a few more pictures on my profile too.

Never used steroids of any kind.. only preworkouts as SuperPump and NoXplode.. only started taking protein a few months ago as it never got into my routine,
