Why are you cutting? Don't mistake lack of muscle as higher bodyfat...seems to me that if you put on 5-10 more lbs of muscle that you'd fill in quite nicely and wouldn't have to worry about cutting since you're already <10%

Squat 205x12(if i remember correctly)ATG
Dead 275x13(if I remember correctly). Form wasn't best on deads.
I'm eating practically 2.5 times less than I was then lol
Today I only benched 200x10(. Had 1-2 more / no spotter)
Your lifts should not be going down while cutting...up your protein/carb intake and forget about the cut. Lean bulk ftw
Lift heavier with less reps...with strength comes muscle and size m8
No h8 ofc just sayian you won't be able to obtain that 'ripped' look until you put on more muscle
