No, PTC gyms are affiliated with the non nattys of GPC federation.
No wraps, and they allow to bench on your toes. They also use a deadlift bar instead of an eleiko. Some PTC novice comps are now using a monolift to suck new lifters down the GPC route rather than the IPF
Its good for meet experience but not really comparable numbers wise. I did better in my PTC comp than i did in my IPF comp (like 4 months after) mostly due to the massive difference the deadlift bar gave)
