The IPF affiliate in Aus is Powerlifting Australia

Whichever city you are going to there is probably a PTC gym, they host novice comps every few months. It isnt IPF tho

I've never trained for strength but have been eating more and enjoying watching my numbers go up.

Nothing great but I'm currently at 98kg

Squat 170
Dead 210
Bench 135

Not sure if good or average or shitty

No, PTC gyms are affiliated with the non nattys of GPC federation.

No wraps, and they allow to bench on your toes. They also use a deadlift bar instead of an eleiko. Some PTC novice comps are now using a monolift to suck new lifters down the GPC route rather than the IPF

Its good for meet experience but not really comparable numbers wise. I did better in my PTC comp than i did in my IPF comp (like 4 months after) mostly due to the massive difference the deadlift bar gave)

1111lbs total, not bad at all :)

I'm around 800lbs total, but I never do 1RM nor have the intention to be a powerlifter.
