well, if i were better at it, then i would disagree, but i'm not, so you are right

i think i am going to invest in a pair of grippers eventually and i can hold on to 500lbs+ without straps, at least until my sweat takes over

(the elite throwers develop nearly 800lbs of force on the handle before release as they make the 16lb ball move ~30+ meters/second...i would say that is pretty decent grip work - but i'm no where near that level =P)

There's a difference between holding a 800 lbs deadlift (with mix grip) and holding a single handle with both hands tho. But yea, grippers are good and if you're serious about increasing grip strength, chalk up and do the strongmen stuff.

weighing 220+ atm, mainly focusing on bigger arms(which are still probably lacking). Plan to do 4 week cut in jan, have been doing a 'dirty' bulk since november and will continue through dec. (if anyone cares lol)
