jeezs i dont look much different between these two even though thats 14 months apart... got lazy so i stopped working out for 4 months lost all my gains then gained it back this year and now ive been sick 4 times and hurt my back once all in this year so i cant progress :(

pretty good imo.... idk bout the 14 month progress but ur at a good base when compaired to other jsprs

yeah, i know..i try to not use them as much as i can, but on olympic lifts i do..too much could go bad if my grip slips haha

but when say my hands sweat a lot, i mean it's seriously bad..like i can chalk up, go up and grab the bar, and while moving my hands around, the chalk is like gone so i have to chalk up again before i even start

Be smart about it. Bring a dry towel for your hands only, rub the bar, rub your hands, chalk the bar, chalk your hands. Don't be afraid to use an actualy PEICE of chalk rather than powder, get a good layer on your hands.

Straps on olympic lifts is like...wtf

its not 14 months progress lol... its just 14 months apart. i got lazy and sick inbetween those 14 months so i havent progressed, but imma try hard to keep going at it now and never get lazy but i might get sick a few more times lol

i do all of that aside from chalking the bar, so i'll have to give that a try next week...they aren't actual straps you wrap around the bar a few times either (http://store.versagripps.com/cart/product/8195/Versa_Gripps_Classic/)..my coach gave them to me for the olympic lifts haha...(btw, i do get a decent amount of grip work from hammer throwing on a daily basis too)

I'm talking about manly grip work... Holding the hammer is minimal compared to 2" bar holds, farmer's walk, deadlifts, grippers, etc

omfg i dropped my new camera LOL... now theres two black lines across the pictures i take... still works but fuck! there goes 300 dollars :( wonder if i can lie and say it came like that and get it replaced
