therefor most wld be depleted post workout, but the "bulky ass chest" is obviously the pump, and since you grizzly bear when u eat you fill out nicely for a day r two.
before everything levels out again.
me on the other hand being < 3wks from bb'ing comp, although my carb intake is MUCH higher than before, I guess it still is enough to be flat.
overall I am in a deficit so it would make sense.
who knows, but I feel I have preserved majority of my muscle
a lot of people mistake being flat as lost muscle and other mistake fat as "water weight" lulz
