a good deal of them..if my spine is loaded by something heavy i wear a leather belt, if my back is tight and bothering me i wear that neoprene/padded belt to keep it warm (which it was today cuz i did the 35lb weight throw for the first time for an hour, then discus for an hour after that before lifting), if i am lifting something really heavy i used straps, if i am doing olympic lifts i use straps (you don't want sweaty hands ruining something when the bar is going over your head, if chalk could keep them dry i would just go with that though..i think i need to get laser surgery for my sweaty hands to be honest cuz they sweat so bad i have to re-chalk between every set)
for tldr: if i feel the need for a belt or straps for whatever reason, then i use them haha
