yeah u dont get near low enough to put up them huge #s (although thats pretty good imo)

thanks..yeah i know..that is the difference between a full olympic lift and the 'power' olympic lift...like a snatch or a clean involves catching the bar really deep, while a power snatch or power clean is catching it high (i do the later of course haha)

Do you wear straps and a belt for every exercise? Your video has them, your signature has them...

a good deal of them..if my spine is loaded by something heavy i wear a leather belt, if my back is tight and bothering me i wear that neoprene/padded belt to keep it warm (which it was today cuz i did the 35lb weight throw for the first time for an hour, then discus for an hour after that before lifting), if i am lifting something really heavy i used straps, if i am doing olympic lifts i use straps (you don't want sweaty hands ruining something when the bar is going over your head, if chalk could keep them dry i would just go with that though..i think i need to get laser surgery for my sweaty hands to be honest cuz they sweat so bad i have to re-chalk between every set)

for tldr: if i feel the need for a belt or straps for whatever reason, then i use them haha

Yeah, I don't use them just because they are there haha. I would love to ditch straps, but it just won't happen. I even have to chalk my hands when I bench cuz they sweat so damn much, it's kinda embarrassing actually.

I sweat quite a bit at the gym too. Not out of my hands though, mainly from my face. I use the gym towels to wipe my face once the sweat starts dripping. I was specifically asked only to use the towels to wipe down the machines by some old hag working there, completely disregarded her and laughed at her feeble attempt to adjust my actions.

Everyone has to rechalk man. You're gonna end up with very bad grip strength if you use straps too often.

I don't use chalk. Every sort of handicap aid is for girls.

was sick for 20 days and took this pic so then i can gain back my weight and take another pic to see the differences XD i lost like 6-8 lbs





jeezs i dont look much different between these two even though thats 14 months apart... got lazy so i stopped working out for 4 months lost all my gains then gained it back this year and now ive been sick 4 times and hurt my back once all in this year so i cant progress :(
