Been a while since I've been to the gym but I try to maintain at home. My first back picture with my shit cam in a while.

Tuesday November 30 010 165lbs 6'1

Going to try and push my self to do as much as I can at home now. Just got over something a few weeks ago "think I had pneumonia for about a month". Done some workouts here and there like I said to try and maintain. However, as of now I I will try to do pullups/pushups/dips daily and try to get my weight up to around 170-175 again.

I don't even know who you are or what you look like. If I've talked shit to you in the past it was because you talk shit and give shit advice. Just a matter of opinion anyway you shouldn't let someone on the web get to you so much bro. Imo I look pretty good for someone who hasn't worked out in a gym for almost a year and haven't worked out for the past month because I couldn't go through a day without coughing up a lung... Just a matter of opinion though;). Don't get me wrong I'll admit I got plenty of room for improvement and me posting here is a way to make sure I stick to it.

Sorry you failed at "getting under my skin". I didn't post this pic for you I posted it for me so I know where I was compared to where I will be. I think I look good just as I think I will look better in a month. All a frame of mind m8.
