Hey, I'm looking for a diet plan, work-out routine best suited for myself. I've read through many pages of thread seen some sample diets, and work-outs but I'd like this personalized for myself if possible. I'd like some information about how many calories a day I should eat because sometimes I eat 1k calories and workout and I gain weight O_o. And protein intake/sodium etc. And I'm looking to cut weight but at the same time gain lean muscle. <------------------------ Similar to post #18

hmm.  you dont seem to use caution when you reccomend these? how long have they been around? how many cycles have you done?

Generally, PH's are very safe when observing the correct dosing instructions. Reports of gyno or any side effects are traditionally rare and mild. When taken in conjunction with liver support and observing a proper cycle (1 month on, 2-3 months off) you will have absolutely no problems whatsoever.

I've used PH's for several years (with proper cycling). I am not currently on any PH's since decabolen was discontinued.

I always tell people to follow proper dosing instructions and take all precautions when taking ANY supplement. From my experience, I've found that PHs today are not nearly as harmful as steroids, test, GH, or other compounds frequently abused by bodybuilders.

for intra-workout if you are bulking....you can try the poor man's approach or the wealthy man's approach.

here are both:

Poor man's approach - sugar + water + bcaa powder

Wealthy man's approach - BCAA Powder mixed with gatorade/flat coke + waxy maize powder.

Both are effective...but the wealthy man's approach tastes better, and has both slow and fast acting carbohydrates.

Standing military press tends to work some legs, hip flexors, and back muscles during the process. You can lift much less standing than sitting in most cases.

Seated focuses directly on the upper chest and shoulders (with a small bit in the triceps).

I can not make custom workout plans at this time...I simply do not have the time to dedicate to making everyone their own custom plan.

AVOID.

PH's are not truly useful until early-mid 20's when test production starts to level out (opposed to the obvious spike in teenage years)

My weekly schedule makes lifting even 3 times a week nearly impossible anymore. I will usually have 1-2 days off every week so those are the days when I will be able to get a good workout in. I read a study that negatives are better for building mass and strength in once a week splits but they aren't as good for your cardiovascular health as 3,4, or 5 day splits so I tried to incorporate little rest time. Looking for constructive criticism, any is appreciated. I know I probably wont get the same results I would with a 3 day split but if anything I can maintain with this.

-5X5 squats and deads circuit (no rest between squats and deads but 60 seconds between sets.)
3min rest
-1 set of weighted negative dips to failure
30 second rest
-1 set of negative db rows to failure
3min rest
-1 set of weighted negative pull-ups to failure
30 second rest
-1 set of standing negative db shoulder press to failure
3min rest
maybe some ab workouts afterward

all negative reps will last around 4 seconds and I will aim for 8-10 reps
