TIP OF THE DAY:


Take 500mg L-Carnitine 3x a day on an empty stomach along with 200mg R-ALA (+R Alpha Lipoic Acid) 3 times a day with meals when on a Keto Cutting Routine (>20g carbs per day for proper ketosis) to amplify the fat burning effects.

Hey Raynor

ok so i've been lifting for about 3 years now. I cant remember the last time i took a week of or a deload week, i never felt like i needed one.

i started a 3 week program and after u finish 2 cycles of the 3 week program (6 weeks) they say its a good idea to take a deload week.
im about to start the forth week and was just wondering what i should do for a deload when im done?

i was thinking like monday,wed,fri p90x or somthing lol but idk

Just keep strength training as much as possible, and focus on the areas most affected by the excess skin. The more muscle in those regions, the better your skin will tighten up. You can also try collagen cream...some people have had luck...others not so much.

well i went to my doctor recently, he said most likely im going to need surgery..but im not going to get it til next summer..so the only thing i can really do is continue lifting and eating right? if i continue this..is the whole "snapback" possible..or only to an extent if there is too much? its possible i have 10 lbs of loose skin is what was said

i would say to wait a while 1-3 years to allow for a snap back while building muscle mass, "filling out" loose skin. THEN go for surgical route

Personally...a full 1 week rest is usually the best option...just stay out of the gym, eat whatever you want, and just get lots of R&R.

when you come back...you will be fresh and ready to go with your muscles more responsive and accepting.


Deloads aren't generally very important during a bulking phase.

keep lifting, focus on the muscle groups that are underneath the loose skin and hit them hard. Eat properly, take creatine and a good PH (if you want) and as you get stronger, you will start to see the skin tighten up.

yep the trap form you gave me was spot on. one solid work out and they are taking better shape already

anyways have you ever done a ph?

As far as PH's go...yes many.


I was especially fond of Decabolen which as far as I'm concerned was the best and most powerful PH on the market until it was discontinued.

It was basically superdrol, halodrol, and pheraplex all in one....fantastic product made by CTD labs.



As of right now though...you are best off with Competitive Edge Labs M-Drol or H-Drol.

hmm. you dont seem to use caution when you reccomend these? how long have they been around? how many cycles have you done?
