Yea we only got few girls who can do pullups

I can do a Muscle up but wouldnt be able to do it in a workout.

We just got our first girl muscleup yesterday, one of my training partners. Super excited. It was 100% strict too. Shes a badass

Ended at 155lbs. Felt really good after a long drinking camping weekend holy fuck,

B ) 8 sets of 2x clean and jerks increasing load every 2 minutes for 16 minutes.

Ended at 2 c and jerks at 180lbs

C) Minute sprint on the airdyne, minute rest.
