Yeah I love my tris from the rear. Getting little striations when I do my rear lat. Lol

I don't do "personal best" beching or lifting as that's a different approach but I bench-pressed 1.6x my bodyweight which isn't much.

afaik its pretty impossible to compete seriously at ifbb as natural. what you mean with more strict than ifbb?

Mandatory polygraphs and for the top placers, they get urinalysis.
The owner of this federation said they just started off-season testing for the amateurs which I think is a great idea.
