i work at a bakery so i get free bread every day. i have enough energy from eathing bread etc.

you need to eat mostly protien.. not carbs.

im not going on the south bitch diet thats for sure. i eat enough protein.

ok well protien is the building block of muscle not carbs.. thats the point i m tryin to get across of you.. if 1 person ate carbs all day an the other ate protien all day.. the person who ate protien would be more powerful if both these people had the same genetics.. so in a race against yourself a high carb only diet is holding you backk.. buy some tuna beef and poultry to eat wit that bread. a carbo hydrate and protien diet is the best diet for building muscle.. just watch how many carbs u eat if u dont wanna get fat.. most breads and meats have some fats in them.. but some people add aditional fats from nuts an seeds an fish (omega fats).. but if your going by macros just focus on protien an carbs cuz the fats are usually in pastas/meats as i said before.

Eggs, fish, and chicken should be your main choices. Nuts are nice also, no homo.
