could you specify exactly what they do?
I kinda want something where if i drop that sup.. i dont lose shape or muscle, weight i dont mind.
thanks man, your pretty helpful
None of those supps will make you lose gains if you are off of them. They are not anabolic or prohormones. You will be fine using all of them even if you choose to cycle on and off.
second thing::

Hey I am not sure if you updated your stats, but why is your Curl so low?
A Preacher curl is this:
185 lbs on a preacher curl is pretty monumental for me, moreso than my deadlift, squat, or legpress. I don't think I've seen anyone do more than 115 lbs on the preacher curl for reps...and I do working sets of 145. (15 lb EZ bar + 2 45's + 4 10's).
If you think this is low compared to my other weights - generally speaking it isn't. There are certainly some people who train 75% arms and nothing else who have about a 60-70% curl to their bench press and deadlift. This is possible and I know guys like that. Only problem is...that is a very bad thing.
The largest muscles of the body are the back, the chest, and the legs. These are the power groups. The biceps (which are the only muscle group focused on in the preacher curl) are one of the smallest muscles in the body...and only make up 1/3 of your upper arm!
With that in mind....the smallest body part doing roughly 40% of my benchpress is a very good number.
For all intent and purpose - a person's preacher curl is usually about 35% of their benchpress. A 225 max bencher usually will have a max 90 lb preacher curl and so on.
Hope this clears things up...but in no way is my curl disproportionate to my other lifts. Only thing I am very disproportionate in is my calves. I have genetically horrible calves...and I have not used anabolics to stimulate them like arnold....although the temptation is always there. I hate having small calves - genetic resistance to gaining mass there.
Ok there ya go.
