that is an impressive amount of reps but dudes so fat he only has to move the bar 2 inches. half reps dont count his elbows should have to be parallel to the floor for it to count as a rep.

i always hit shrugs at the top of my DL's.. i use a trap bar though.

Looking thick solid and tight

On a side note, how often do you guys deload? Im curious because with my program I have the option to deload every 5th week but im not sure if it's necessary
