technically speaking? zero.

The human body does NOT require carbohydrates to survive, nor to be healthy...except for pure fiber (I recommend at least 15-20g fiber per day minimum).


Now, for glycogen replenishing....a carb day every 14 days would be advised.

Soo I've been on a diet and i lost 20 pounds so far in the past 3 weeks but its no where close to my goal!! I've been eating healthy. Like Eating lotta of fish / corn / Orange's and my breakfast consist of Rasin bran which keeps me full until i feel houngry around 12:00 i'm just wondering about a few questions..

If i want to lose weight whats the ideal food i should eat?

Whats the best Cardio i should do?

Do i drink lotta water instead of protein shakes?

when should i stop? I'm Totally out of shape comparing to you! But please give me a ideal answer's to this thanks!


Stats :

Height : 6'3
Weight : 287

Goal : 220-250

Bone Build : Large

Just had Jaw surgery done and now i got a little bit of a double chin that was not there and wanna take the time to lose some of my un-needed fat. SO was wondering if there was a good Diet/Cardio routine out there I could use :D

Tips on being symmetical?

Asked Burns on this matter, want another opinion ofc.

How do I even out my arms, pectoral muscle?

Even weight on both sides will make them even out or lift heavier on weaker side? When will results show up on this?

I need a cheap diet.
Like what food's to eat at the time or w/e.
I just started running 1.5-2 miles a day but i eat bad.
I drink lot's of water so i got that controlled but the reason why i eat bad because am always on the run and no where to cook so i get a chiken sandwich from like a fastfood place and sometimes a burger and their only like a buck?
so if you can help me find something around the same price and healthy i would be happy and thankful :)

Lifting HEAVIER will not fix symmetry.

Adding 1 day a week of PURE symmetry building (this would be working the muscles that need to be symmetrical) PER WEEK is how to gain symmetry.


here is a sample for evening out your LEFT arm (bicep and tricep)

1x a week, focus on breakdowns/failures/negatives.

Sample:

5 sets One-Arm DB preacher curls
5 sets One-Arm DB hammer curls
5 sets one-arm cable isolation curls
5 sets DB kickbacks
5 sets 1 arm cable pulldowns
5 sets 1 arm db skullcrushers


Doing this ONCE per week on one of your rest days (or on leg day) would result in forcing muscle fiber breakdown and eventual buildup in the lacking muscle group.

Over time it would even out with your other muscles.


DO NOT DO EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE LACKING MUSCLE GROUP!

This can cause injury and increased strength without increased muscle volume (leading to more resistant muscle tissue for volume maximization)

Hey there...here is a list of CHEAP foods for each category:


Proteins: Whole Milk, Eggs, Chicken Breast, Protein Shakes, Ground Chuck

Carbs: Pasta, Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, Sweet Potatoes

Fats: Butter, Olive Oil, Nuts, Peanut Butter

Veggies: Anything

Fruits: Anything

i need a weight gain plan, and excercise plan (simple; dont live close enough to a gym to go everyday) to help me achieve my goal, please help.
