I'm going to start a slow cut , and drop about 10 pounds because I'm getting a bit pudgy and my jaw line is going. I'm sitting around 182-185.. probably gonna drop to 170-175 ish, hopefully I shouldn't lose any strength on this cut.
Wanted to hit 315 squat and 225 bench before I start cutting , but I want to get to my pre christmas leanness. I'm thinking I'll only need to drop 10 lbs or less to get to where I want to be, will I be able to maintain strength or even increase it in this time? I'm 15 lbs off 225 and 20 off 315.
