looks like i'm out of the contest... fucked up my lower back while doing deadlifts. felt a little but sharp pain in my lower back and still decided to go for 2 other reps. classic.
my hams/knees have been hurting a bit for the past week too. deload time for a week

I'm going to start a slow cut , and drop about 10 pounds because I'm getting a bit pudgy and my jaw line is going. I'm sitting around 182-185.. probably gonna drop to 170-175 ish, hopefully I shouldn't lose any strength on this cut.



Wanted to hit 315 squat and 225 bench before I start cutting , but I want to get to my pre christmas leanness. I'm thinking I'll only need to drop 10 lbs or less to get to where I want to be, will I be able to maintain strength or even increase it in this time? I'm 15 lbs off 225 and 20 off 315.

New bench pr 210 for 5 reps , wasn't super hard. 100% confident i could hit 225 for atleast 1 rep.

Using monolift=100% on gear.
You prolly has a 3x ply under there aswell. Sorry you are out.

Lol I went to my friends gym and the other 2 squat racks had weird heights. First time ever squatting out of one and it was actually quite nice ^_^
