Ty meng, lowbar has so much more potential for me than highbar thanks to my weak ass quads. It's a question about pride (highbar) = weight (lowbar) now.
Them squats are getting to that erotic-looking phase.

Most I hit is a decently easy 468 on my 3rd attempt in November. I'm guessing I could hit 480-485 tomorrow but meet is in 11 weeks so I still have time to peak.
