Go to the gym and lift weights bro or get a dumbbell set for your home. $40 and you can get adjustable DB's that go up to 35lbs each!

next step im getting decline incline bench and an extra kettle. doing pushups running everyday yay

Why get a bench if you're paying for a gym membership? Bench should be last thing you get IMO!

Honestly look in to some resistance bands, just don't snap your eye out
