Does that count as a successful deadlift? Didn't look like you were able to lock out.. Nice lifts though, you've got over 50lbs on me :D

Yeah, fresh on incline I can put 225 up for a set of 7 or so, and on flat I can do it for 9 lol

I have brought great dishonour to H/F

I tried 405 on bench and failed, I hit 395 but was way too exhausted.

Sadly the 405 attempt was the ONLY thing I recorded.

I gotta start working on incline more. I can get 225x12 flat but only 225x6-8 for incline

Felt good incline benching 90lb dbs for 8 reps afterwards tho

Posslibly work shoulders more, or adjust the angle of your incline. Too steep works your shoulders more, not that you didn't already know that.
