The nutrients can be found elsewhere (Other foods, capsules, etc..). There is no need for all the extra fat and cholesterol yolk has. 1-2 as a maximum is what every physician will tell you.

Eating as much as 4-5+ Whole Eggs per day will eventually get your veins clogged by the age of 30-40 (Assuming you started this routine at the age of 20).
