what did u guys do after sheiko
my squat went up
but my bench hasn't moved
and my dl pretty sure has gone down

gona be cutting for 3 months
looking for something new

To reach a slightly high intensity in the first bloc. I train only singles on the deadlift so it's closer to what I have practiced as well.

Did you pause all your bench reps? Try PIP 1. It has more variation than Sheiko and a lot of volume. You can get the free Ebook on powerliftingtowin.com

Maybe a 600 squat isn't too far out of reach :thumbsup:

Nice! I'd let the weight settle just a little bit more before moving back but otherwise strong setup my man.

Yeah you're right. Still getting used to the walkout. It's different but the feet together is definitely stronger.
