hey guys, so I'm ~3 days out, and I wanted some help picking attempts. Here are my current e1rms/5rms/3rms etc

squat 295x5 345x1 (I also want to include a 315 squat in there, or should I do that seperately apart from the meet for my first 3 plate squat?)
bench 192.5x3 215x1
deadlift 375x5 435x1 (also wanted to include 405 dead, but if it won't fit I can do it seperately)

e/ the final numbers I want those to be my 3rd attempt

I usually go about 91% on 1st, 96.5% on 2nd and 100% on 3rd
