Hey, mine just reverted back to 15" due to neglect lol. Back to 16s in a few weeks though.

Muscle memory brings back size pretty quickly. Not like i'm 15 flat either lol.

this was after 4 MAYBE 5 months of lifting haha

then after this, I had to take a 8-9 month break of lifting so didn't have any more pics until awhilee after.

:lol: yeah yeah shit happens. You look pretty good there though tbh. I still have visible abs and my chest is still big so not all is lost

I look good there? :bonk: haha.. I was so small and honestly my Bf % was higher then than it is now.. no abs or penis lines at all etc

haha I'm like that now as well :P
it's just how my body holds fat unfortunately. I wish it was more evenly distributed.. that's why it's hard to tell my body fat off one front pic because my back always has a lot of definition for example lol

Work, school and the lady take over most of my time haha. Finally got my schedule worked out to fit gym in though so all good again lol. I still look the same as my recent pic though tbh since you can't really noticeably see .5 less arm size in a pic.

Btw post a new pic it's been longer than you said it would be til next pic :P
