idk wut was up with other ones i looked alot fatter than i was haha

but for tri i do skull crusher bench and stuff, and back i do rows / deadlift no pulldowns

maybe ill post a pic of back later just did legs so tired right now =S

I know I'm a weak little woman right now but I'll post some progress later.

I've been told I'm probably around 15% body fat and should go for a clean bulk and cut after. I'm hitting the gym hard every day using weights 3-4 out of those days. I also plan on running 2 miles every day like I did last year.

if you wanna gain mass 2 mil a day is overkill imo

cardio and putting on muscle have nothing to do with each other.

Do you know how healthy doing cardio is for you? And how much better you'll do in your lifts in you're in cardiovascular shape?

didnt say thats not a good thing, i said 2 miles a day is overkill

it WILL affect muscle gains
