Knee has been injured all year so pretty much all goals involving squats/olympic lifting went shit. It's ok now though so can start squatting normal again next year.
Deadlift going for 3x bw around christmas (255-260kg). Progress suffered a bit due to knee not allowing me to lift above 200kg until like june.
Frontlever - check
Muscle up - check
Pullup with 50 - check
Boxjump did around 140cm
Broadjump did like 314 cm.
It was the jumping that fucked my knee. Never forget.
