Okay, here's my question. I'm 19, 5'10, 175 lbs and about...12% body fat. I haven't worked out in a while, and after highschool my lifestyle dropped out of the football "wakeup, lift, school, rest, agilities, sleep, rinse repeat" schedule, and into a lot less healthier one. I look decent, but truth is I feel like total ass.
When i lifted a lot earlier, i used to stack protein and creatine, taking noxplode before workouts. I know the protein is an absolute if I want to bulk, or even if i don't, but what other supplements  should i take - Already take a multi-vitamin and omega-3. I'm mostly going to be doing a weightless workout, pushups, pullups, situps? (i know there's a lot of controversy around those)
Advice, tips, anything is welcome =)

I'm unsure as to your question...you have given me a LOT of background...but certainly no question has been asked. please let me know exactly what you'd like me to answer for you. Do you want to know what supps to take? what weightless workout to follow? something else?

Yes and No.

If you can obtain a legitimate prescription for HGH it will help you. However this is very rare in people who are already as tall as you. I am 2 inches shorter than you as it is...I would give a lot to be 5'9. Anyway, just try to be satisfied with your height. At the very least you are taller than most women, and you are actually also Jay Cutler's height.

BUT to humor you...here are some supplements that can assist in height during the growth process (marginal)

1. Arginine + Ornithine. Take approximately 2g every hour during the day and 6g before bed (try NOW! Arginine + Ornithine)
2. Multivitamin. Take double the dose 2x a day once in the morning and once at night (try NOW! Adam)
3. ZMA. Take 6 capsules before bed every night (try NOW! ZMA)
4. HMB. Take 6 capsules before bed every night (Try SCIFIT HMB)

Lastly, try lots of stretching exercises including an inversion table, hanging from a bar, deep stretching, and traction.

Thanks a ton Raynor.

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=44513658&f=60 <-- some info in here.

And to add to it. I will have plenty of time in the summer to work out and such. I also like shooting hoops but I have been getting way too tired too fast. How long would it take me to raise my lung capacity a significant amount? I have 3 weeks till summer and if there are some breathing exercises that could help a lot by then, that would be great! thanks!

i have a similar problem as this person

my left rib cage tends to pop out more and my whole body does not look proportional (at least i notice it) but it's probably not HIGHLY noticeable unless i tell everyone

is there a way to fix this? i have a minor scoliosis also

or if i keep working everything PROPERLY (correct form and everything), my proportionality will balance itself

i have a question about straight leg deadlifts

are both of these variations "correct"?

because i'm used to doing them like this (the first link):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpzRX3slWjE

http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/ErectorSpinae/BBStraightLegDeadlift.html

also, i think you were the person who i asked about what exercises to do in my 3 day split and on my legs/shoulders/triceps day, you told me to do deadlifts on my legs day and straight leg deadlifts on my back day (to work mainly lower back and some hamstrings)

i'm uncertain if you were the one who said this, but you can correct me now if you weren't the one who said this

but then one jsper is telling me it's the other way around, i should be doing deadlifts on my back day and sl deadlifts on my legs day

or is there no correct way in doing this? both work legs/back, but personally, i think the deadlifts work the legs the most, but it's a compound exercise which works all part of the body
