Made the mistake of running ~20miles or so a week for a month (mid sept. - mid oct.) what a huge mistake, didn't up my diet and ended up losing more weight. Stopped running COMPLETELY, and am now seeing muscle gains/strength gains again.
On the bright side, I think my abs are coming in/getting more defined.
Do you always lean back so much when you stand? You should really work on posture then, it's bad for your back and looks a little strange. (serious comment)
