Made the mistake of running ~20miles or so a week for a month (mid sept. - mid oct.) what a huge mistake, didn't up my diet and ended up losing more weight. Stopped running COMPLETELY, and am now seeing muscle gains/strength gains again.

On the bright side, I think my abs are coming in/getting more defined.


Do you always lean back so much when you stand? You should really work on posture then, it's bad for your back and looks a little strange. (serious comment)

Never really thought about it/noticed it before, but yeah.. How do you work on something like that?

what's the proper way to flex like that .. like what are you supposed to do .. puff out your chest?

if ur talkn to me, jst practice.

i've always been able to flex my lats but i guess just
learn to feel each muscle, even if u have to like put ur arms in weird ways and eventually when u learn to flex it, then ur suppost to pinch/pull ur waist in.

suck waist in , position arms like that , and puff out chest?
