I play u18 house league, we could play tier 2 but not everyone could commit to that kind of travelling (jobs and such). Soccer rapes the fuck out of basketball.

Our traveling soccer club here isnt really that good. My freinds u16 team won like 2 games and lost over 15 this season. Waste of cash in my opinion..

Hello - I have answered this before. The answer is loosely that alcohol will in fact hinder your ability to gain muscle, will increase fat stores in the body, cause metabolic slowing, and eventually lead to many health problems. Occasional drinking is okay...but I would never recommend more than the equivalent of 3-4 beers a week while bulking and ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL WHEN CUTTING.

Yes and No.

If you can obtain a legitimate prescription for HGH it will help you. However this is very rare in people who are already as tall as you. I am 2 inches shorter than you as it is...I would give a lot to be 5'9. Anyway, just try to be satisfied with your height. At the very least you are taller than most women, and you are actually also Jay Cutler's height.

BUT to humor you...here are some supplements that can assist in height during the growth process (marginal)

1. Arginine + Ornithine. Take approximately 2g every hour during the day and 6g before bed (try NOW! Arginine + Ornithine)
2. Multivitamin. Take double the dose 2x a day once in the morning and once at night (try NOW! Adam)
3. ZMA. Take 6 capsules before bed every night (try NOW! ZMA)
4. HMB. Take 6 capsules before bed every night (Try SCIFIT HMB)


Lastly, try lots of stretching exercises including an inversion table, hanging from a bar, deep stretching, and traction.

as far as smoking is concerned....avoid smoking for the adverse effect in the lungs which limits your cardiovascular ability...and also avoid it because of the blood pressure raising properties. Overall it would be beneficial to avoid.
