That trumps me lower body wise
But unless u bench more than 315 then I've got you there
I could maybe deadlift 315 10x, but not 345 for sure.
Turn 18 December 31st, I'll put up a video for my next bench to verify my strength there

Just put up 230x10 Tuesday on bench

Starting to get back up there, had quite a struggle this summer from getting salmonella/appendicitis and then a grade 2 hamstring tear.
Did 270x10 yesterday though

Im hitting 235, maybe 245 for 1 on bench so you got me on that, hit 265 for 15 on squat monday though
