BREAKING IT DOWN:
3k is not expensive; chicken, rice, pasta, milk, eggs, 2x veggie, 2x fruit = cheap.
gym member ship-20-40 a month.
Break up with ex. Your young, fuck being with one person and it's probably going to fail due to you already breaking up.
Love =/= spending money on "dates" and shit.
Nope not happening lol, I'm a sap for romance/long relationships, it ended on good terms before.
I spent $10 on 3lb of chicken today, which will be gone by thursday, if not tomorrow night. Veggies aren't overly expensive, but have NO calories, I force down 2 eggs in the morning, I refuse to up that anymore. Fruit is low cal too, milk is fatty unless you drink skim (I do).
Pasta = a good idea though, but that's mostly carbs is it not? I eat brown rice when I can, but I don't know how the hell to cook it from scratch, so I end up buying Uncle Ben's 90second lol ($2 a pack..).
I'm most likely getting a george foreman for christmas, so that will allow me to eat steak/open up some possibilities.
I know I don't have to spend money on her though, and she knows it, I just enjoy going out with her, and only get to see her on weekends.

taco bell, 5 layer burrito's for 1 dollar have 550 cals and 20 grams of protein in each one and they're yummy!
milk has alot of cals/protein and it's pretty cheap
peanut butter is great
chicken is high protein..do what i do go buy these big ass cans of chicken..for around 2 dollars a can, has about 60-70 grams of protein in each one..eat one a day boom there's a big chunk of protein..
rice is cheap as fuck and you can make like bulk of that shit and keep it refrigerated and warm it up daily and it's still great.
just sayin it's not too hard lol
I have standards lol, I eat pretty clean, never eat fast food.
