BREAKING IT DOWN:
3k is not expensive; chicken, rice, pasta, milk, eggs, 2x veggie, 2x fruit = cheap.
gym member ship-20-40 a month.
Break up with ex. Your young, fuck being with one person and it's probably going to fail due to you already breaking up.
Love =/= spending money on "dates" and shit.

Nope not happening lol, I'm a sap for romance/long relationships, it ended on good terms before.
I spent $10 on 3lb of chicken today, which will be gone by thursday, if not tomorrow night. Veggies aren't overly expensive, but have NO calories, I force down 2 eggs in the morning, I refuse to up that anymore. Fruit is low cal too, milk is fatty unless you drink skim (I do).

Pasta = a good idea though, but that's mostly carbs is it not? I eat brown rice when I can, but I don't know how the hell to cook it from scratch, so I end up buying Uncle Ben's 90second lol ($2 a pack..).

I'm most likely getting a george foreman for christmas, so that will allow me to eat steak/open up some possibilities.

I know I don't have to spend money on her though, and she knows it, I just enjoy going out with her, and only get to see her on weekends.

look at yourself
fuck eating clean, eat big and get bigger and stronger simple as that..when you're only eating 2k cals a day and say you can't afford anymore then something needs to change..at 2k cals a day you'll be fucking losing weight..up the cals however possible and if that's a couple 5 layer burritos a day for 2 bucks so be it..you won't get fat off that shit anyways

might as well eat plastic instead of taco bell. its probably not gonna kill you as fast.

canned chicken also would likely have quite a bit of sodium. other than that i agree

It would be around $30/mo here at a decent gym, but I can do most everything in my apartment with my makeshift bench/db's. All I can't do is the really heavy weight stuff like bench press, DL, squats, power clean. I don't need to do those really though, as I have pretty decent legs as is from years of snowboarding/skating/running.

I eat tons of canned chicken/mayo/almond accents as a sandwich, it's damned good/high in prot/cal.

veggies do have calories, just not much depending what you get. they are, however, loaded with fibre, vitamins, and minerals, which are all ESSENTIAL for the proper functioning of your body. eat them niggerfaggot. force down eggs? eat 4 each morning if you can. if you dont like them, too bad. pasta is loaded with carbs, yes, but thats pretty much all you'll find in rice as well. cooking rice is easy as fuck. boil water, put rice in, stir for a minute and then lower the temp a bit and let it cook. you wanna stir it a good amount at first to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and burning, but after that you leave it and just let it cook till all the water is evaporated. you should know its done because you wont hear bubbling sounds coming from the rice anymore.

rice is honestly easier to cook than pasta [as in less effort], but it'll take a cpl tries to get the hang of knowing when to turn down the temp. and if you wont eat any more egg in the morning, find another good source of protein because 10g isnt enough. add in a shake or a shit ton of almond butter or something. you need more than two eggs

I drink 2 x prot shake's a day, they're only 130cal/23g protein each though, more if I drink with skim milk (going to start doing this every time)
