umm so can anyone confirm if doing a diet + doing 15-20minutes of cardio and basketball x3 times a week is a good process to lose weight? I also workout each time seperate parts of the body

Yes, diet + cardio is a good way to lose fat... Along with basketball since it is the most body intensive sport there is on the cardio aspect.

Actually no Basketball --> soccer, i think that Water polo is definitely not one of the most popular sports around, but if you want to burn fat quickly it can really help you reach your rapid weight loss goals.

I think soccer is more intense than basketball, but water polo is definitely more intense than soccer/basketball. Competitive is where it's at for weight loss though.

Your a complete fucking idiot. You've probably never stepped out onto a soccer field for a real game in your life. Imagine sprinting back and forth for 90 minutes on a football size field with a 10 minute half time.
