2minute ab plank 1minute full wall plank some stretching and bonging maybe pushups rainy day. did some hydro cleaning n vacuuming.

i'm a wee lazy to scroll through 18 page sin case i find out, but are you incorporating lifting into your routine? if not, what keeps you from it? (just curious) :)

no not atm mostly plyometrics pushups wallplanks planks bodysquats kettlebell squats getting a bench sooner or later and buy another kettlebell. the gym bores the hell outta me been paying for membership went 10 times in 12 months lol

did ab vacuums and doing stretching medication making me feel real lousy today was gonna go run ;(
