A) Front squats
Work up to 80-85% max. I stayed at 235lb, that was heavy enough for today.
On the minute every minute for 8 minutes
3x235lbs. 24 In total.

B ) 6 sets 1 Power clean + 1 Clean
Went 135, 155, 175, 195, 215, 215.

C)On the minute every minute for 6 minutes
5 Power cleans @ 155lbs
10 Chest to bar pullups

D)For time
60 Step ups to a 24' box with 115lbs in the Front Rack Position. This sucked.

Had my second competition this weekend, was fun. Not as hard as the one previous but we had a lot more members at this time.
Did the partner comp this weekend, wanted to keep it a little mellow. Didn't stay that way. Haha
Workouts went like this
Event 1.1
5 rounds
50 second rounds, 10 second rest in between rounds
5 Pullups
3 Thrusters @ 95lbs
The rest of the time is spent doing 10m Shuttle sprints. Score is based on the amount of sprints you get
10 seconds to get back to the bar

Event 1.2
Snatch Ladder
3 minutes to complete 30 snatches @ 115lbs
1 minute rest
3 minutes to complete 20 snatches @ 125lbs
1 minute rest
AMRAP of 145lbs Snatches


Event 2.1 9minute Time cap
60 Situp buy in
30 Shoulder to overhead @ 115lbs
500m Run
20 Shoulder to overhead @ 115lbs
500m run
10 Shoulder to overhead @ 115lbs

Event 2.2 Clean and Jerk
8 minutes to Establish a max clean and jerk

Event 3.1 9 Minute time cap
21-15-9 Reps of Deadlifts @ 225lbs / Burpee boxjumps.

Work up to heavy sets of, 1 Strict press, 3 push press, 5 push jerk
Worked slowly up at 135lbs, then increased to 170lbs for a single push press

5 Sets of 45lb dumbless strict pullups, followed by 10 dips

Then for giggles i did 3 rounds of Annie ( 50, 40, 30 20, 10 Double unders and Situps ), with 1 minute rest in between
7:03, 9:04, 10:38.

Only got 2 and 15. Sick and pretty sure i have an asthma cough that's absolutely killing me. >:(
