Some recent Prs, b.w. is at 179lbs
Bench: 230x10 & 245x6
Squat: 315x10 & 325x8
Dead: 360x8
Stand OHP 135x9 (this is weak but going up fast, jst started doing these a month ago)
you'll probably add 5 lbs to your ohp each time you do it till you get up to 155 or 160.
squats are great man. inspiring stuff for me right now. i seem to remember a vid you posted w/ great depth so i know you're not half assing it either
