Those people sacrifice every hour of the day to be able to add minuscule amounts of muscle on specific areas of their body and go on stage for a few thousand bucks. You think those years o training are worth those few grand? Not at all.
How you should see it is that 1 person you're watching was able to, and willing to do that. The fact you know everyone else on stage is going through the same routine as you, day in day out, and that you did it better is why they do it. That's h[w watching pro body builders should be inspiring. Don't judge what they took, think how much work it took.(Not saying u should do roids, just saying they work their fkn ass off.)
My overall main goal is to be on stage 1 day. If i have the time and the money...I really think i can pull it off. Like the bare minimum to compete in local comps. Will take me about 2-3 years i think starting from now, bulk like mad.
