Gonna keep posting pics to keep logs of dates (date on top of posts) and keep myself 100% motivated
Doing 100% Clean (1 semi bad meal a week like part of a pizza) no pop candy bad carbs etc.
6 meal a day. lift 3 times a week and 1 day of 30 min cardio a week. Also if you want to give me imput on this I would appreciate, i do all part of body including legs.
Hopefully I wont get flamed as much as last time b/c i apparently eat cupcakes, but o well I understand risks of posting pics of yourself on zee internetz
