Been looking at the strength athletes free DUP program and if I'm reading it correct it has you benching 3 days a week, 2 of which are back to back? Am I reading it correctly and they want you to bench two days in a row? Never seen that before

It could be written like:
Day 1: bench
Day 2: bench
Day 3: deadlift
Day 4: bench
Which doesnt mean monday bench, tuesday bench. Its monday wednesday.
Otherwise back to back days is not unheard of, smolov for examplr has friday and saturday back to back squatting (or benching for smolov jr)
