So increase to 4 sets and do the 4th as amrap. Continue the 4x5,4x6 increase weight progression though ?

Meh try it and let me know but I'm not a big fan of regular linear progression.

What do you normally do? I know I'm asking a lot but I admire your progress and dedication and just want to soak as much information up as I can.
