Not fully understanding what you mean by under the bar more?

Also what type of shoes should I use? These are as flat as the chuck taylors I used before.

I'm sure I can find flexibility for squats on youtube.

I would buy some cheap lifting shoes to start out and see if you like them. When I first squatted with oly shoes it changed everything lol

Well IIRC, olympic shoes really help with dorsiflexion i think, which mine is terrible.
