Would be cool to do a comp on here who can hold the most weight in a 10 second pause squat.
They are real good to help with positioning, corestrenght and ability to get out of the hole.
I used to do lots and lots of paused squats last year, 120kg/265lbs for 1min was the best I did.
Weightlifting benefits more from ''longer'' pauses.
The 1min thingy I did was just a competition with a friend, no real point.
