No. My hands are soooo much closer than everyone else. I never felt benching in my chest and last week was my first time widening it. Chest was on fire and my tris didnt feel murdered like they normally do.

Maybe I just haven't been looking around here hard enough, never seen you bench haha.

Basically what happened for me was I always used a wide grip, when I got stuck at 335 I narrowed it a bit dropped the weight and worked back up to 335 with a narrower grip, my bench exploded since then

your incline still doesn't make sense :P

I flat bench the same/more than you..
can do the same on shoulder press/maybe more

but you destroy me on incline :lol:

what do you DB incline though? just curious.. I've done that a lot more times so maybe that's why my bb sucks

It does, but all the benches/seats are bolted down so you can't move them, I can still do standing BB/push press, just not seated BB press xD

Alright, I DB inclined 105sx5 after doing 5x5 on flat bench.. if you beat that FFFUUU... it not I'll feel good to have you on something incline oriented because I'm not even close with the BB lol
