I liked it a lot, but instead of for instance doing:

Squat
Bench
Squat

All in the same session, i would either do the second portion of squatting the next day or i would do all the squatting and then the benching.

Finishing your squats then doing bench only to do more squats is the aids

I did texas method pretty much this entire year

Best program for high novice / low intermediate imo

Very flexible and easy to customize once you understand it.

Very simply, high volume start of the week, high intensity end of the week. Can either be 3 days or 4 days a week depending on if you prefer full body sessions or upper / lower

Good if you can set it up for your needs.

Ya either did 3 big sessions or 5 smaller sessions depending on the volume that week and how i felt

Days like bench / dead / bench i did all on the same day np

But double squat days rip

Volume and frequency will certainly help! I train 6 times a week on Zourdos programming. Liking what I am doing so far...working with low training maxes I am building a big base with this volume bloc.
