Yesterday I added celery and maybe a teaspoon to my can of tuna. is this a classic no no?
(i switched my chicken and tuna--so i can have that tuna on my whole grain bun, with veggie on side and grapefruit (juice))

I now eat my salad with the chicken...fine?

I've been eating JUST SPINACHE for my "salad"...yesterday I had a real salad, with some light dressing.

When you said "salad" did you mean lettuce, onions, etc, (classic salad stuff), or just the greens?

hi raynor i'm back with more questions!

well, i bought the cytogainer, gained 3lbs. went from 162 to 165
i tried that bicep excersize you gave me, hold for 10seconds

i really want to bulk up and get a lot of volume
the muscles i want to focus on most are biceps and triceps

i was wondering if there are better 4 or 5day splits out there for me, right now i'm doing this
mon: chest, light tricep
tues: back, lats, light bicep
wed: off
thurs: shoulders, traps
fri: bicep, tricep
sat: legs
sun: off

and should i get another cytogainer? i'm almost out
and should i try a creatine supplement? i was thinking about cell-tech's brand

You can 1 hour between each meal if you are really hardcore about it...but it isn't truly necessary unless you are trying to compete.


Take approx 5g pre/post and 2.5-5g before bed.

Hey there, celery and a little bit of mayo is fine.

Switching tuna and chicken is also fine.

Salad is PREFERABLY Spinach based (spinach is way better than lettuce in that its rich with IGF producing phytonutrients) with whatever veggies you want!

Hey there....KEEP doing the plan as I prescribed. It will take you a LONG time to make good solid progress - that's just to be expected with being a hardgainer.

Keep buying the cytogainer and taking it 2x a day. Also cytogainer already has creatine, no extra creatine needed for you.

is orange triad okay? I havent gotten vomit or diarreah sick yet these are the first 12 hours

Yes OT is fine...but here is my recommended course of action:


1. Garlic Tea (no tea in it...but its a natural antiseptic) - garlic cloves in a pot of boiling water + add cayenne pepper + add lemon + add brandy - this shit works masterfully for infections (antibiotics are best though)

2. Vitamin C - SUPERDOSE THIS 1g every hour.

I also have a question about this sprinting program, I'm looking at it for mainly weight loss, but it also says its lifting routine also helps with building mass, lmk if you think it's legit, if so I wanna get on it. :]
