well, i bought the cytogainer, gained 3lbs. went from 162 to 165
i tried that bicep excersize you gave me, hold for 10seconds
i really want to bulk up and get a lot of volume
the muscles i want to focus on most are biceps and triceps
i was wondering if there are better 4 or 5day splits out there for me, right now i'm doing this
mon: chest, light tricep
tues: back, lats, light bicep
wed: off
thurs: shoulders, traps
fri: bicep, tricep
sat: legs
sun: off
and should i get another cytogainer? i'm almost out
and should i try a creatine supplement? i was thinking about cell-tech's brand
