Tried some sumo for the first time in a couple of months.
Managed a 230 pretty comfortable.
Probably the last heavy single for a couple of months now, planning on doing some programming that will make me reach 3x bw before end of the year.
On vid: 160x1, 180x2, 210x1, 230x1 and last set of 170x3.
Sumo was:
60 - 1x10, 110 - 1x5,1x2, 140 - 1x4, 160 - 1x3,1x1, 180 - 1x2
