what do you recommand to prevent stretchmark

VERY.

I posted a lot about this a few pages back.

I recommend taking at least pre/post workout and pre-bedtime.

You can 1 hour between each meal if you are really hardcore about it...but it isn't truly necessary unless you are trying to compete.


Take approx 5g pre/post and 2.5-5g before bed.

Cocoa butter and Shea butter are both helpful. You can pick some good ones up online or at walmart....the NOW! kind is pretty good.

what if i cook the oats and then mix then with yogurt and put to the refrigerator over the night? dunno how it would taste tho :D

that would be fine...it also would taste pretty good I've done it before....good to add cinnamon to it.

not sure if this has been asked before or not, I haven't fully read this all yet, although I plan too. I have seen you recommend cinnamon a few times now. So I am just wondering if that is just for flavor or if it has any other benefits
