I posted a lot about this a few pages back.
I recommend taking at least pre/post workout and pre-bedtime.
You can 1 hour between each meal if you are really hardcore about it...but it isn't truly necessary unless you are trying to compete.
Take approx 5g pre/post and 2.5-5g before bed.
