oh i c. yeah that's definitely not an older pic. my arms have always been tiny compared to the rest of my body. that's how you tell if a pic of mine is older, small arms.

how many times have you read a magazine where women praised men's fitness by jumping to the glutes first. point made.

secondly, when did this become a size competition? well i never went for big and husky, so it wouldn't make a different if my legs were few inches off..but you bet they are tone as fuck. but really, i don't have a point. i wouldn't care if you leg press 1400lbs or squat 415 to a point that you are about to empty your bowel. it didn't impress me then, so why should it impress me now especially when the criticism came through via internet?

i mean i'm not going to encourage or discourage people if they decide not to do any cardio, missing out essential supplements, or eat fast food on a casual basis. it's call personal fitness for a reason. people have different goal and my goal was different from yours.

what tear is saying is that the other guys pic is when when he was 170 some lbs (hence why he says 6 months ago)
which would make it an old pic and not a recent 1 at 150 some lbs

A friend of mine who doesn't workout has the biggest quads I've ever seen on an 18 year old IRL.. absolutely huge and he's never squatted in his life..
