Deathlifts yesterday.
Felt really explosive but the peakstrenght was not quite there.
Doing pulls everyday is making your back super tired.

Sets filmed is: 150x3 / 180x2 / 210x1 / 220x3 / 240x0, blood pressure almost made me pass out / 180x4 (did 4x4) tng.

Finally hit >500lbs, PR'd at 510lbs on my deadlift today. Feels good :)

No plans for a while to do a meet. Just enjoying my summer atm!
